K- Plumbing: Polypropylene pipes inside the apartment for heating and hit water (Bhaninger or equivalent), Black steel &/or galvanized UPVC pipes for rain and waste water (Wavin or equivalent).
L- European fixtures and sockets (Legrand or equivalent), European brakers (Merling gerin or equivalent).
M- General: Common water storage tank.
